	    <content type="application/xhtml+xml" mode="xml" xml:lang="en-us"><![CDATA[it's actually day two of atkins. we'll see how it goes. joe and dana and abbie were all doing it, and i kind of find atkins to be fun, so i thought i'd join in, for moral support,  and because i feel great when i cut out the carbs. &lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;  yesterday was pretty easy, antipasto salad at work for lunch,  and chicken skewers and a bunless burger for dinner at the arsenal. ]]></content>
